Well I haven't been able to make very much progress lately due to several business trips, a vacation and a volcano in Europe! I hope this week things change on that front. I should however take this opportunity to update my project status.
Last week I was able to cut the stub tenons and grooves. This really wasn't too difficult. I made a slightly less than 1/4" (probably closer to 3/16") grove down the back and front rails and side stiles. I also then setup the table saw with a dado blade to cut the stub tenons. This was all pretty much according to the plans provided. Pictured on the right are the stiles which have both groves and stub tenons.
